Napoleon Omomila B.Pharm, MBA, mps, mcipm, mnim, mimc,

Management Leader

Napoleon is currently the Management Leader of S & T Consulting Ltd. He serves as the management consultant responsible for developing Strategic & Tactical business support; enabling of Science & Technology and building Skills & Talents solutions for various corporate organisations.

He has had about two decades top management experience working with multinational corporations including; Pfizer Inc and Conoil Plc.

He led the team that was involved in setting up of Sputt Integrated Services Ltd & HR Derivatives Ltd. His vast experience in project, sales & marketing management, Healthcare and human capital management covers diverse sectors of Medical & Pharmaceuticals, downstream petroleum marketing, technology, management consultancy & publishing industries.

Napoleon is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigeria Institute of Management, Nigerian Institute of Management Consultant, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management as well as Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria. He holds B. Pharm. (Hons) from University of Benin and MBA (OAU-Ife) degrees.


Dr. Eric Idehen

Executive Leader- International Business

Dr. Eric Idehen is also the President/CEO of OPX International LLC and also the Founder/ Board Consultant of Cornerstone of Hope Orphanage. His other experiences include; Director of Community Development- Amerifirst Financial Corporation; Vice- President, Community Relations and various other positions between 2010-2021- Wells Fargo, Des Moine, IOWA, USA.

Eric graduated from Federal Polytechnic Auchi (Nigeria) with a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (USA), a Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology specializing in Organizational Diversity & Social Change, from Walden University (USA).


Bravo Otohabru

Executive Leader- Strategy

Bravo has been the Team Lead, Health Products Supply Chain Management, Management Sciences for Health, Nigeria from 2019 till date.

He has held other senior positions including; Head Procurement and Supply Chain Management, National Agency for the Control of AIDS, (NACA), Nigeria; Senior Logistics Advisor, FHI360, Nigeria; Head of Procurement, National Tuberculosis Control Programme, Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria.

Bravo holds various academic qualifications that includes; Bachelor of Pharmacy, Masters in Business Administration, Master of Public Health.

He is presently pursuing his PhD Public Health


Momodu Kebiru

Executive Leader- Finance & Admin

Momodu Kebiru has over 25 years banking experience with requisite top Managerial experience in senior positions covering cross border banking exposure in Nigeria and across eighteen African countries including Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania, Congo, Gabon and Mozambique.

Over the years, he has acquired extensive industry experience across diverse sectors of key economies in Africa ranging from Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Real Estate, Power, Infrastructure, Consumer Goods and Hospitality.

Momodu is a result-driven Business Analyst and experienced financial consultant with proven invaluable experience in structuring, standardizing and streamlining financial analysis that enhance and facilitate better business decisions.

Prior to joining the board of NPL Advisors UK in 2023, he was in partnership with other professionals to set-up Sputt Integrated Services Limited, a transport solution provider with a core mission to provide a full suite of transport advisory services to interested private & public entities

Momodu Kebiru has attended several professional trainings and seminars, locally and globally. He holds a Master degree in Economics from the University of Lagos.


Dr. Ayano David Ayanniyi

Dr. Ayano David Ayanniyi He has over twenty years experiences in human capacity building, training and consultancy from both public and private sectors. He had B.Sc. ; MBA (Finance), MSc. (Economics) from University of Lagos and PhD (Economics) from University of Uyo. Presently, He is the Head of Sectoral Division, Economic Management Department, Centre for Management Development, Lagos. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in Economics Department, Christopher University. Also, a Lead Consultant, David Consult. He has work experiences as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in manufacturing sector. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. He is also a fellow of Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria.

Dr. David Ayanniyi Ayano is a Chartered Stockbrokers of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Having satisfied the Basic and Advanced Management Development of Centred for Management Development, He has accredited as Management Trainer and Consultant by the Nigerian Council for Management Development. Dr. Ayano D. A. has contributed scholarly to various economic, inventory management, finance, loans and credit issues and he had written papers published at both National and International journals.


Charles Kanu

Charles is an Information Technology specialist with over two decades experience gained working in fast-paced technology and innovation driven multinational organizations. He is passionate about developing innovative technology products and solutions. He is a graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan. He has over 20 years’ experience in Information and Communications Technology within and outside Nigeria, having worked in several industry segments including education, energy, technology and financial services. He has spent five years of his career implementing and driving electronic banking solutions in 19 African countries.

At various times during his career he has had leadership responsibilities for technical support, enterprise software development, business analysis, quality assurance, I.T. management, client engagement and project management. Charles has also managed large networks for clients in the public and private sectors of the economy. He is responsible for several high profile software and technology implementations in these sectors.

He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), having completed the Senior Management Programme (SMP-14). In his career, Charles has worked for a number of indigenous companies as well as multinationals. He was a founding member of an indigenous technology company which grew into a billion Naira company within five years.


Adegoke Omotola

Adegoke, MCIPM, is the CEO of 1st Degree Consulting and a renowned figure in the field of business and personal development. With a background in banking at UBA Plc and Fidelity Bank Plc, Adegoke brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as a consultant and trainer.

Adegoke is the host of the engaging podcast, "Leadership Talk with Adegoke," where he shares valuable insights and interviews prominent figures in leadership. He is a full member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and serves as a speaker for Conference Speakers International and Speakers Inc in South Africa. Recognized for his contributions to the speaking industry, he became a Fellow of the Professional Speakers Society of Nigeria in June 2019. Passionate about giving back, Adegoke actively mentors aspiring entrepreneurs through his involvement with FATE Foundation. He also serves as a public speaker and life coach, helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve personal and professional growth.


Paul Agbulu BPharm, MSc Pharm, FPCPharm, PGDM, MBA, RPh, CPHIMS, PhD

Paul is an astute healthcare leader, implementation scientist, clinical pharmacist, and healthcare innovator with a rich tapestry of experience and leadership in the healthcare sector, both locally and internationally. His journey encompasses a spectrum of roles, each contributing to his proficiency in driving transformative initiatives.

As an implementation scientist and clinical pharmacist, Paul has spearheaded landmark achievements in clinical informatics, healthcare IT consultation, IT business consulting, healthcare system planning, pharmaceutical consulting, hospital pharmacy management, health analytics, clinical research, and quality improvement projects.

Additionally, his foundation as a medical sociologist has equipped him with a unique perspective in areas such as pharmacoeconomics, health economics, systems research, and healthcare automation.

As a clinical pharmacist licensed in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada, he holds professional certifications in clinical informatics, Health information management, project management and implementation methodologies. He is also a fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists(WAPCP). Paul is recognized as an accomplished improvement specialist, clinical trial expert, and clinical informaticist. His impressive portfolio includes certifications, awards, and academic accolades.

He is an active member and is seated in the working committees of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Health Information Management Society (HIMSS), International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA) and Digital Canada (DHC). Elizabeth Ochanya Agbulu- Agbehi

Pharmaceutical Chemist | Quality Assurance Specialist | Public Analyst

Elizabeth is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a passion for scientific excellence. Her expertise spans pharmaceutical chemistry, quality assurance, and public analysis. As a Chartered Pharmaceutical chemist, shebrings extensive knowledge in drug development, analytical chemistry, and regulatory compliance. Her career has been marked by groundbreaking research, impactful roles, and a commitment to advancing healthcare. Her research focuses on critical areas such as heavy metal contamination, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in groundwater, nutraceutical analysis in selected Nigerian food samples, and the determination of trace metals and caffeine levels in foods and drugs.

Currently serving as a consultant, shehas contributed significantly to organizations such as the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the Nigerian Army Drug Manufacturing Company (NADMACO).

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. She is currently completing her PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Lagos. Additionally, Elizabeth has earned certifications in herbal medicine formulation, toxicological evaluation, desalination by renewable energies, and Scientific desktop publishing. She is an esteemed member of the Chemical Society of Nigeria (MCSN), the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (MICCON), and the Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (MIPAN).
